![]() ![]() You can use the condition "Request Data's job task's name contains spritesheet-task" to determine if the data coming in from the webhook is from this action. This requires a backend workflow in Bubble and the required configuration set within your CloudConvert profile. Setting this value to No will make it not wait (asynchronous) and you can then setup a webhook in your CloudConvert account to notify you when the conversion has completed. Defaults to a value of 10.īy default, when you run this task it will wait for the conversion to complete (synchronous). This is the snapshot interval setting which tells the process to take a snapshot every X seconds. You can use the 'VideoJS - Get Duration' action to get this if needed. Note that the VideoJSplayer's Duration state is only populated when a video starts to play (since the duration is not known until then). Leaving the API key blank will resort to using a free API key that has 25 mins of free conversions per day, this may get eaten up quite quickly. This should be the API key created in CloudConvert. This action utilises CloudConvert’s convertion utilities so you will need an API key. It will return a spritesheet image which you can use within the player option fields. Use this action to generate a spritesheet that is used to display scrubber thumbnails. The demo page doesn’t allow you to upload your own videos because I’m running out of free space, but if you have a URL then you can try using that. It has a backend workflow setup to capture data from cloudConvert when jobs are completed. There are a number of changes put into this update, more so than I normally add so here’s the write-up and a new demo page which shows these features in action. This action, along with a few others listed below now utilise custom FFMPEG commands setup to run with cloudConvert for further video processing. ![]() The deprecated action Generate video thumbnails has now been removed and if you need to generate the scrubber thumbnail images for videos then you do so by running the server side action called VideoJS - Create Spritesheet. ![]() If you want to show us over a Google Meet or something, we can do that too.Įither way, I’ll do my best to try and resolve both of these problems you have here. That way you should hopefully see any errors which are produced on mobile too. ![]() Create yourself a text element on your page and use the 3 Media error states I added the other week. If I can see errors etc then I’ll know where to look and it will give us more of a clue as to what’s happening here. Regarding some videos not working on mobile, do you have a video URL I can play with? or I can test with? Or maybe a URL that you use to view your site on a mobile/desktop? If you do send it over (either here or PM) and I’ll see if I can replicate the problem. I’ll try and keep you updated on any progress with this. When I find a way then you’ll be able to view them all in a repeating group. I will try to find an alternative way because I think that’s quite an important action to keep, I shall keep working on it. If you’re not then since that “Generate video thumbnails” action no longer works due to browser changes and that, I’ve still yet to find a reliable way of generating those posters/thumbnails for other video formats using Bubble. Are you using MUX? I can’t remember now, if you are then we can easily get poster images from any videos you have uploaded from using a URL to your stored asset. Hi so it’s the poster image you need by the sounds of it. ![]()
